I'm currently staying in the Crown Plaza Orlando and I have to say it's a wonderful hotel. The staff are fab. The front desk has William who has been amazing and first class in anything I'v asked about. Kimberly as well she a star also brilliant on front desk and not forgetting Erica in the Bar, totally excellent in making cocktails and such a lovely member of staff in the bar. All in all highly recommended !!! ���� Thankyou everyone Jennifer McMaster xxxx
Really nice place. Well looked after, all staff where helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel

My room was nice and I enjoyed my stay except for $12 parking fee!!
