Staff is nice. Unsure why there's a fee to park. Rooms are decent, however the a/c vent was by our heads. It was very loud. You're really paying for being near Disney and other amenities.

Thank you for the kind words about our friendly staff. It is much appreciated. Parking fees and/or Resort fees are common at full service hotels in the area. We are very competitively priced among the area full service hotels. I do apologize about the AC noise. We do have several different room configurations with these units further from the bed. When visiting in the future please let our front desk team know of this and we can certainly offer an alternative room type. Thank you for this important critique
Had to call on the 2nd day to get housekeeping into the room at almost 7pm. Front desk didn't care. You charge for parking but you can't find parking and then they tell you to park on the curb between two other vehicles that are in parking spots. Will not be coming back.
