There is infestation of bugs
The property is always well kept, and the office staff goes above and beyond to help the residents. Anytime there is an issue with my apartment, It is fixed the same day. Definitely would recommend this property!
Great friendly and helpful staff, quick maintenance, awesome location, super cozy and good sized apartments. I've lived here for a year and a half and haven't had any problems at all. it's in a great part of downtown that's really close to everything but still feels homey. Complex has everything from Undergrad students to families. its a great environment and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to live downtown!
I have lived at Crowne for almost a year now and I love it. From the 24 hour maintenance to the beautifully kept complex, this really is a fantastic place to live. My favorite things about this complex would have to be the in unit washer and dryer, as well as, the 24 hour maintenance. Ive only had one problem occur in my apartment since I've been here, and it was fixed in under two hours. I highly recommend living here and plan on staying here at least for the rest of my college career.
I've lived at Crowne for over 2 years and have never had any problems! The staff is super helpful and friendly and maintenance requests never take more than a day or two. Additionally, they are very involved in the surrounding community and passionate about their residents.
