We have been here for close to a year. The personnel here are professional, courteous, and most of all, friendly and welcoming! From the office to maintenance, we have been so thankful to have found this complex! Thank you Crowne at Cahaba River for making this our home!

Unpleasant Experience with Unjustified Denial and Delayed Refund Process I had a highly disappointing experience with this luxury apartment complex. After applying and paying a substantial $425.00 reservation fee, application fee and deposit. I was left bewildered when my application was denied without any explanation. We just recently renewed our lease! The Crowne at Cahaba River is a great place to live. The front office staff goes above and beyond, the maintenance crew is really quick to fix issues, and the land scaping crew keeps the grounds looking beautiful. The apartment amenities are awesome plus you have tons of eating and shopping options in the surrounding area. Prices have gone up, but that tends to be a trend everywhere you look. I would highly suggest living at here!

I've lived here 6 years. I like my apartment. But there are problems. Had a roof leak and then a burst pipe. As result, there is BLACK MOLD inside my walls and likely underneath my floor too. Management promised to remediate the mold. But now 11 months later, they have not kept their promise.
