RecommendedMy husband and I love living at Crown Win River! The apartments are so nice, the staff is amazing, and the complex is not as big as most so it feels very safe! I HIGHLY recommend this place! We have loved living here and have had no complaints!
Great staff. Fast responses to maintenance requests. Very nice location - Walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. Short drive to highways.
We love living at Crown Win River! We just recently moved from another apartment in Tulsa and we were looking to upgrade and we feel so fortunate to have found the perfect fit! We did a very comprehensive search of all apartments in Tulsa. This is hands down the best facility, location, and staff. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve lived here a year and a half and it is fabulous! The apartments are beautiful, they are maintained by a full-time maintenance team who are but a phone call away, and it is very peaceful. I spent all of last summer at the gorgeous pool, and it was awesome! I highly recommend Crown Win River.
Everything. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue, it has been handled immediately and professionally. We are so blessed to have Yolanda and Elaine in the office. Always a smiling and caring face.
Crown Win River is not an apartment complex I recommend.Reasons: constant issues with neighbor downstairs. Who even went as far as taking pictures of my sister who is a minor. 2. Because of my neighbors constant complaints. I wrote a letter by which I never received a response. 3. Being charged $17 and staying with my deposit because their claiming the apartment was not properly cleaned after moving out. 4. Staff is unprofessional and lack proper communication with their tenant.
! Yes they look good, but the quality of these apartments and the staff will not be worth the amount of money you will have to spend. You will be wasting your money & time. They try to get over on everyone possible. All they care about is your money. Once you have signed the lease no one cares anymore. I promise you, THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS OF MY ENTIRE LIFE DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save your money.
Best apartments ever. I really miss living there. I wish leinbach had apartments in Dallas and Plano Texas as well. If you're looking for apartments in Tulsa, Crown Win is the best place.
