It’s been a great place to live, up until this point. The way this winter weather has been handled is horrible for how much rent is. Not clearing side walks. Not clearing parking lot. No salt anywhere. If you don’t have 4 wheel drive you are likely to end stuck for multiple days. There are a lot of cheaper apartments that I have friends living at that have been doing a great job on clearing ice and snow. We received an email saying they couldn’t find salt anywhere in store. RecommendedThe quality of these apartments is far above the bar set in the surrounding areas of South Tulsa. The price point is well within budget for what amenities you are provided as well. The staff is amazing and maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently. I'm actually proud to have friends over too!

CWR was a huge upgrade from my previous apartment. The elevators come in handy when moving heavy objects and they provide carts to help carry things as well. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance works extremely quick to fix things: I would recommend to anyone looking. For a nice , quiet, affordable place to stay!

Love this complex and its team! We have lived here for almost two years and have signed for another- no complaints! We’ve had very few maintenance problems, and the ones we had were resolved very quickly. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the community’s needs. I love the small touches around the complex, like raised garden plots for growing a garden, sturdy carts to help carry groceries, and a beautiful fire pit next to the pool. Definitely recommend!
Me and my wife have loved our stay at CWR. The staff truly cares about the residents and is quick to address any issues and respond back quickly. The accommodations are some of the best apartments in Tulsa! Very good condition living spaces! Highly recommend CWR!
We are Senior’s and living here gives us Security and comfort. We are close to shopping,medical needs, recreation, eating out, and so much more! Yet we are safe in our gated community with all the amenities. Swimming pool, workout room, in apt washers and dryers, US mail service is fantastic ( with the care and extra service of our wonderful Staff). Well kept grounds make walking around very nice. Maintenance is very timely and professional. We love this place - it’s home for us!!

Love this apartment complex. It is my first apartment ever and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
I love living at Crown Win River! Every other apartment I considered was hundreds of dollars more expensive a month for similar amenities, finishes, and square footage. The staff does an excellent job of maintaining a small community feel and giving individualized attention to each resident. Yolanda has always been so helpful and knowledgeable.
