Great place for activities....
A great place to live....
Managment sucks. If you want anything done there you will have to wait a couple days for them to fix it. They give 24 hour notices to enter and never show up. You have to pay sewer/water/garbage; this was the first apartment complex I ever had to pay for these utilities and NOT have a washer and dryer in the place. I would not recommend anyone to live there. The only thing that's nice, is there is grass for the kids to play on.
We moved from So. Cal. August 1, 2013, and it truly was the best decision we've made in years. We did a lot of research and visited many apartment complexes in the area, but Crown Point has the best value and features, including lots of grass and trees, immaculate grounds and pools, convenient laundry facilities, fun activities, security, nice neighbors, and outstanding staff.
