CROWN POINT WILL STEAL FROM YOU! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I paid $100 dollars to hold an apartment that I wasn’t approved for on July 11th. They said I would get my refund in 30 days. It is now August 14th and I have not received my $100 back. Have a friend living at Crown Point....and a relative. Both have major issues with Crown Point. Cockroaches are really bad, and one has Bed Bugs on top of the roach problem. Cheaply built. Children should NEVER be living above others, PERIOD! No common sense in Laughlin, it seems. Floor plans are nice, but way over priced. Disgusting at how staff talks to existing tenants. Greedy, uncaring staff that make more excuses then resolving problems. And yes, they WILL find a way to keep your deposit and then some. Sad. NEVER rent f... read more

Quality of care poor. Not suited for disabled. Response time slow.
I've seen good and bad comments here. Overall I have had no problems with management or office staff. There are things that could happen to make it better though.
Love my new apartment great view .great staff very friendly love them
I've been here almost 4yrs. With the minor problems, I have to say, I'm loving my apt since new MGMT has taken over.
