I lived there for 2 years. Decided to help a personal friend having a hard time out so they said I could not resign my lease and instead of doing as I asked and send anything owed to me. They sent it to a collection Agency. God help you if you decided to live in this place. Don't get me started on the harassment my beautiful young daughters and their friends endured from their security guard and they did nothing, but blame the poor innocent girls. It is the worst place I've ever lived in 49 years on this planet. We had constant bug infestation, our place was flooded twice, and the people in the office lie right to your face. It all starts when you go look at a place and like it, but then you are told that place is not available, but they have one just like it some where else. You ask to look at and it isn't ready to be shown yet. So take the office people at their word and sign the lease. Nice place to live. Peaceful in my area. Maintenance gets right on anything I need fixed. Office girls and Chuck are nice.
I love living here, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the landscape is beautiful. I mean its got grass and trees! Amenities include two pools, two Jacuzzi, two laundry rooms, an activity center and a fitness room. They leasing staff are all super helpful and remember all of the residents as well.
