This place has false advertisements!! Luxury? YEAH RIGHT! Maybe when it was first built. SECURE?? UM NO! They do have a gate but it doesn't work, it hasn't worked in a year and they don't know when it will work. The dead bolt is a joke. When you go in and look at the model unit it is beautiful. My daughter lives their I'm worried about her safety there there's no security guard late at night it's very loud I'm not recommend this apartment complex to any one .I wouldn't give a Star they done a 0 star
it should be clled crime point an their rent keeps invreasing with hidden costs ,costs like finding out that we have to pay for the grass to be watered an taking your life in your own hands by ttying to take your trash out late at night and not getting into a situation with the packs of coyotes who like to roam around an hang out ny dumpsters. the place sycks,i am so glad that i was actually evicted from there an that is what it took to be able to get iut of my lease then so be it.
maintain the place, and as the law tells, put everything in writing, it is real estate after all.
6 broken washing machines that have been down for over 2 months. I've called 2x to the CSC service company and they are still broken. come on guys. get these fixed!

I have been here since January 2019. My experience has been wonderful. Tony and Marni helped my chose the right apartment based on my needs. Whenever, something needed to be repaired, whomever came out was kind, professional, answered my questions and explained things as they were going along. I feel safe when I walk day or night. My neighbors are respectful, and kind. Give it a try, you can always move.
