The worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. I purchased a classic car from them in February of this year, with little problem. However, once I took delivery the dealership failed to provide permanent registration and title in a timely matter. Endless phone calls to nowhere, transfers to phone lines to people I had never met, no contact from the original salespeople, promises to follow up that never happened......All culminated with me having to retain an attorney to get registartion and title, which finally happened in ... read more
Dishonest!!! Never stated verbally or had us sign off on a diagnostic/estimate charge. Had to pay $170!!! They wouldn’t give us our car key…They added on so many additional charges to what we asked for an estimate on initially that we didn’t trust them to do any work. They are a terrible business.

10/21/21 - went in with Intentions of getting car of my dreams by issah. I wasn't ready. He asked about refinancing. Let's see what you can do. He was able to make it happen. Making long story short. I came in with my 2018 Dodge Charger purchased back 2018 $36k/ No miles at 4.25% at payments at $429 and 75mo with warranty and cap. The Manager of all 18 stores is a liar. I told him not to do any inquiries on my credit other than one and when I found out I confronted him. He denied it then said too bad you already signed I can do whatever I want to. I told him he could not and to pull my contract because I do not deal with dishonest people. He then proceeded to do 6 more inquiries just in spite of me telling him off. Stay far away from these crooks. I am a nurse and will warn all of my friends and family from now on . This place has no respect for customers and lies. I took my car for trade in and got an offer of 13,000, I accepted I ask the seller about the papers he said finance will explain more, well they didn't, I enter the office and ask me to start signing papers with no explanation so I got nervous and ask what my percentage was because I was paying a lot, they told me 6% and advice me to refinance to lower it later, I was late for work and tired so I trust the men and sign later I got and looked at the papers 2 days later and saw... read more
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. False advertising. Shady sales practices. I bought a used car from this dealership. We traveled from out of town because prices on their website and Edmunds looked good. When we looked at the car, we noticed SWAT security unit added to the price tag on the car window. When we asked about it, our sales rep, Darren, assured us that the installation of this unit is mandatory, required by CA law and that all the dealerships therefore install them, so he made an impression that we have to hav... read more

This isn't the only review I've left. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Affairs-Auto dealers Division. These crooks are the exact reason why car dealerships get a bad reputation for being unethical and dishonest. We found a 2019 ram ProMaster city van on both CARS.com and on AutoTrader com. Worst customer service experience of my life. Service writer Johnny was rude, dismissive and did not help at all (appointment was with him). Management didn't seem to care and another service writer, Eric, told me that Johnny's behavior was normal and he treats customers bad often. This is unbelievable that a business would continue to employee someone as unprofessional as that.
