Crown Dodge, and particularly S*** ****** are OUTSTANDING! You will likely not find a more competitive price or better value on a used vehicle than at Crown. S*** stayed on top of things with my sale, kept me apprised of what was going on with things (I purchased online, from 100+ miles away), and really made me feel as if I was in good hands. Worst dealership, stole performance parts from my vehicle while it was in for warranty work. Also damaged my vehicle and refuse to repair damages or replace stolen parts. Reported to Dodge corporate and was told that it is a dealership issue and they hung up on me.

I think that they are no good trying to just get money from people. I think that they’re liars and that they don’t care about anybody else they all they want is that sale? I bought my vehicle in March 2023. Mind you it wasn’t necessarily their brand but bought the vehicle. Went back to end my lease on April 30th 2023 and had the absolute worst experience. We schedule and appointment with maximus who I never saw when I showed up. Maximus told us it would be a quick in and out. It took 6 hours and we were not told anything about what we needed for the interaction. Got a different sales rep upon arriving and proceeded to waste my day They wanted to charge me 10k on a lease to buy option. We bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe with the understanding that it had a 7500 dollar credit. The vehicle had no mark up what so ever so we payed sticker price so we thought. I was pleased that they offered to deliver the vehicle home as it’s about a 2 hour drive from where we live. My GF is excited and signs the paperwork before I arrive I look over the paperwork and I see that the 7500 dollars was added to the MSRP. Now instead of buying a 60k Jeep I payed 67k. by far the worst experience of my life with a car dealership, on dec 1 of 2021 i purchased a brand new ram 1500 longhorn limited , i came to the dealer with financing already approved by capital one , the sales boy went to check with his manager , and i was approved for 6 % they came back few minutes later offering me 3 % less if i go with a company named ally financial , i told then no thanks , and we proceeded to sign the contract , in this time i was moving from California to Colorado , but that would not take place till ... read more

Crown Doge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Ventura are dishonest people and they will rip you off One:I went to the dealership to purchase a jeep but the salesmen there told me that it was better to lease it because I would receive the $7,500 right away. have had a terrible time dealing with this dealership. More specifically E*** ********z, I’ve been calling for over 2 months trying to get them to take my car to get body work done. Its covered under warranty, and he's been ducking a dodging my calls, when I do get ahold of him. Its the same line, “ oh let me check with our body shop and call you back”, this has happened over 4 times and he's never once called me back. Don’t due business with them, especially service department

The worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. I purchased a classic car from them in February of this year, with little problem. However, once I took delivery the dealership failed to provide permanent registration and title in a timely matter. Endless phone calls to nowhere, transfers to phone lines to people I had never met, no contact from the original salespeople, promises to follow up that never happened......All culminated with me having to retain an attorney to get registartion and title, which finally happened in ... read more
