Scammers. Sold me an over priced car that had issues not even a month after purchase. Then when brought to their attention, my calls were no longer answered. Not sure what to do. They also promised me a second key and never replied, but unfortunately that is the least of my worries now. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED

Dishonest would be a compliment for Crown Chrysler Jeep Ram. B**** *****and the rest of the sales staff and finance team will lie to your face after lying to via text and email. They promised to Honor the Black Fridy discounts and reaffirmed it multiple times by text and email which we insisted on as it was a two-hour drive to Ventura. was our sales consultant and he has zero follow through. Also I was blatantly lied to during my transaction. I told them I was going to finance with my credit union and they said, don't worry we can send it to your credit union for you. When I went to sign my documents the finance guy said they didn't have my credit union was they submitted my credit to a different bank at double the interest rate. Not just scammers, fraudulent business practices. Yo yo financing and finance fraud. BEWARE BEWARE!! We are in the middle of multiple institutions working on this case. Communication with their team has not been returned so our hands are tied. Meanwhile I have a loan for a car that is no longer in my possession. It is at their dealership. This is truly unbelievable!! Don’t trust these guys- go anywhere else!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is the 3rd Jeep I have brought to Crown for service. The service is AWFUL!! They are very difficult to reach and when you do bring your car to them, they claim there are problems that don't exist. They repaired a defective passenger seat, when the car was brand new, and damaged the back of the seat in the process. This dealership is the stereotypical used car dealer.. they are scammers and liars..; They go so far to offer an additional fee hundred for “nitrogen filled tires”. News flash if your buying a Jeep and intended on going off road then airing up and airing down often negate this add on.
