I bought a car from an individual and needed a dealer appraisal to get it registered. After being told by multiple dealerships that they didn't do that, the staff at crown was amazing. They took the time to do the appraisal, didn't charge me anything and even gave me a car fax report on the car. I was able to get it registered no problem. When I buy a new car, they will be the first place I go to. Thank you so much for the customer service you delivered to someone that wasn't even a customer yet.
