Had them service my 2022 ram right before I moved to another state . The next day after the service my engine began ticking at 30,000 miles and didn’t go away. Both valve stem caps on my passenger side were missing. An older woman in sales had a poor attitude when I asked where the service desk was.If you value your money and time please save yourself and go to a locally owned and respected shop.
