I would give a negative number if I could, this dealership is dishonest. And it all starts at the top with their GM, Virgil, when I test drove a truck, Virgil and my sales lady Stacey pressured me into the vehicle I purchased, I had concerns like I noticed a oily buildup under my Ram, and asked if someone could look at it, and Stacey looked at me like I'm crazy which I should have picked up on as a major red flag. I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an alignment and several warranty-related issues: a non-functioning passenger seat massager, lumbar and bolster supports, a malfunctioning driver assist feature, and a front bumper that repeatedly popped out from the quarter panel. I dropped the car off on July 17th, with the understanding that it would be looked at on July 18th.
