If you have a hybrid vehicle don’t take it here. They have no Service Mgr, limited technical mechanic to work on hybrid vans. Car set for 10 days without any work done on it. Promised to start working on it on Sept 3rd, but continued to put off working on it. Wanted $1,395. Just to diagnose!
I was in the dealership getting work done on my truck when I heard the gm and tech arguing about price gouging customers and heavily over charging for work. Watch out for this dealership and get a second opinion for work you need done.
