Very thorough exam! The staff is extremely customer focused. They had me laughing and enjoying the whole experience. The staff was also very helpful in my choosing frames. They made suggestions that I hadn’t even thought of. It was not a salesy experience at all. I have found my eye health provider for the duration!!!
I am so thankful for the recommendation to go see Dr Crowder and his staff. They are such a pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable group.
Dr Crowder has a kind spirit also reflected in his office staff. He has taken care of me for years and we have to laugh at some of my mishaps including using a contact that had been soaked in unneutralized solution. I also had a reaction to an antibiotic that caused acute dry eye. My acupuncturist helped that time too. Now I use daily contacts and have discovered that his prices compare to on line or a big box place I miss him in South Pittsburg but Hamilton Place is not a bad destination.
Today, I had my eye exam with Crowder Eye Center. I haven’t been in a while but as usual the staff and Dr Crowder are friendly and efficient. I always enjoy visiting the eye doctor. Thank you for all you guys do to make my eye appt pleasurable and great experience. Tamara

Dr Crowder and his staff are excellent. Dr Crowder detected a problem early and was able to keep it Uber wraps.
