My family and i recently moved to the Crossway apartments in August 2012, we don't even have a year living here and everything about it is terrible. The staff were rude and the example apartment is way much different then the actual ones. When we first moved in the told us the apartment was going to be ready on a certain date, when that day came we brought all of our stuff and realized that we had no closet doors nor a sink. it took them about three days to finish everything. Me and my family moved into the Crossway apt. on April 1,2012. This was the worst decision that we had ever made. Crossway employee's and managers told us that the apt was under new management and renovation. After showing me and my fiance a finished apt (we were so excited) the apt. was nice but, it was taken so the Crossway employee told us if we put down a deposit then they would hold a new renovated apt. for us therefore, we could move right in after two month when our previous apt. lease was up. I been here 3 years and think that the new owners and managers are great! They have cleaned up so much trash and I don’t mean the kind the truck takes out! Now that most of the remodeling is done the service is even better! This place is quite and me and my kids like it today!

This place is a dump starting with the owner who has no idea how to run a business like this one wich reflects on his incompetent employees that he hired they are all a big joke that have no idea what the hell tgey are doing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE TO AVOID A TERRIBLE STRAIN ON YOUR FINANCES AND FAMILY!!! At times, Afghanistan is a better choice than these apartments. You can try your luck with the management, but calling code enforcement is usually the only way to get things done. I have lived all over Texas. Those small Texas towns almost always take care of you. But here in the Metroplex, they could care less if you suffer for months without A/C and die. Nobody cares here. NOBODY! Call code enforcement if they give you the run around. You will suffer endlessly and needlessly if you don't.

RIDE RIGHT PASS THIS PLACE.. I WAS TOLD THAT MY APARTMENT WOULD BE MOVE-IN READY BY A CERTAIN DATE BUT WHEN THE DATE GOT HERE IT WAS NOT READY.. SO AFTER ALREADY RENTING A MOVE TRUCK AND WASTING MONEY I HAD TO GET A ROOM FOR MY FAMILY.. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY THE FOLLWING DAY BUT GUESS WHAT IT WAS NOT!! I moved into these apartments in February, I am on the list to get my AC fixed, but after a month and a half of waiting, went to the office and asked that someone come out and fix it. I was told someone would be out that day. No one came. Now on five separate occasions I have been told someone would be over to fix it or someone would bring me a window unit for the bedrooms to help with the heat, 95 and over in my place, no one came. I moved in to Crossway apt. but was not happy. The manager Adriana who did noting about the problem i had. I was with no AC for over 4 months and till this day there is still no work to be done. I had gone in several times and spoke not only to Adriana but to her empolyes as well. I was told after my 4 visit that there was a waiting list in order to get my AC fix.
