This business does NOT deserve an A rating for the BBB. I was told I would have a dishwasher supplied but after a month they tell me no. I'm pretty sure they are getting paid by a crooked towing company to have ridiculous towing standards enforced. The towing company they are in kahoots with are rude, highly unprofessional and, treat you like a criminal...but, I digress. I currently live in crossway apartment they're the worst place to live they lie to you to move in tell you that you can park in visitors parking aslong as you have a visitors pass but when you do & your neighbors who park there also complain then the office tries to force you to buy an additional parking sticker a month for $35 or they threaten you that your car would be towed if seen in a visitors parking they write down your plates & give em to the black bull towing idiots who tow cars & damage cars they've towed my car & ... read more
I just move 31 june..I am very disappointed, and Iam crying , thay meve in me 31 but still I dont have AC.........me and my kids r sik.and aapartment conditions r really horrible, everything is broken, stove have no number on just blind, I took very wrong decision. Please don't lease this apartment..go some batter place this is okay if u pay some ware else 50 to 100 doller extra thats worth
Worst Place I ever lived in my life. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. Please find somewhere else to live. My husband and I just needed a cheap quiet place to live we. we do not complain and try to work around little issues, however this place is rude and very quick to brush off issues. Very BAD customer service they just lie to get you to rent to them. they are very rude and never know anything they take days to answer your questions. They never fix anything and when they do even attempt to they try to make you pay for the repairs. They literally take months to just fix anything. The current manager TERESA is a joke never helps, never available.

I love crossway appts. the newmanagers have really brought the place back to life. Its quite and also maintenace normally gets there the same day if you have issues. Also as long as you keep your arrangements they are really cool about working with you if you fall under hard times. I love them and would recommend them to anyone.
CROSSWAY APARTMENTS are trash no good the managers are useless they take months just to fix the smallest to the biggest thing MONTHS,, I been here 5 years,, they had 3 different owners in just the past 3 years each year they have changed ,, this last year they are doing remodeling an its the end of my lease an still haven't got my remodel an now there trying to raise the price on me ,, an they refuse to give me the owners number ,,,, an they refuse to give me some kind of deal ,, now free months no half price nothing ,, for ... read more
