This is my 1st time to this optometry and will also be my last time. I came here becos of the 4.5 stars review and honestly dont know how/why did they get such high reviews or am I just jinxed? Dr. Aguero is good though I think she had a problem with getting my prescription correct due to the fact I have one eye with nearsightedness and other with farsightedness. She reinspected my eyes and had to get the prescription from my old optometrist when I had to return my sunglasses becos I could not read road signs until I'm 3 car... read more
This was my first visit to Crossroads Optometry, and it turned out to be one of the best eye‑care experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Frank Scolinos stands out for his expertise, patience, and genuine care. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure you feel comfortable, and never rushes the process. The entire team is warm, professional, and attentive from the moment you walk in. Truly exceptional care — I recommend them without hesitation.
I originally called to schedule an appt with Caroline, however, I needed the soonest appt, so it was scheduled with Dr. Frank Scolinos. Thank God it was, he will now be my eye doctor always. He is punctual, thoughtful, thorough, compassionate, and great at his job as an eye doctor. He explains eye conditions in a manner all can understand. I can't wait to get my new eye glasses.
