I just had knee surgery done there yesterday. While I had to wait way longer than expected to actually have the surgery I couldn't have asked for better nurses. McKenna was wonderful before and after surgery and Sarah was great in the operating room and recovery room. She went above and beyond what she had to do. These 2 are some of the best nurses I've ever had!
The nurse in the Image was so sweet & kind to us & the other nurse to doctor did a great job with the procedure best hospital that I have been too so far
My 4 year old son had a tonsillectomy and ear tubes put in yesterday and we were so pleased. Everyone from the registration, surgery center, and cafeteria were superb!!! The hospitality will not be forgotten. Thank you for making a crumby situation so good!!!
I went to the ER on Thursday and received prompt and wonderful care. I was admitted and was very well taken care of by the second floor nursing staff. They were very caring and attentive. Thank you!
Control the hvac and have a bed when a parent is with someone when having a test overnight
The ER MD was ok. My general MD telling me to go back to the ER if I had the pain again and wait until Monday for an ultrasound is completely unacceptable. Right after talking to a crossroads nurse I went to Heartland Womens Health and got an ultrasound in under an hour. I now have to decide if I want to keep seeing a MD whose staff is slower than I am at obtaining medical services when I'm in intense pelvic/abdominal pain. Hmm..
It was ok had to wait 2 1/2 hrs and they wasn't busy .
