I love the ER but the reception staff and security need to learn not to make fun of upset family members
I work at Crossroads. But I was a patient in the er recently. I knew I loved the nursing staff upstairs but I also loved my care I received in the er. I could go on and on about how great this hospital is! The staff really cares and the facility is super clean. I won't go anywhere else
Im here now and these people are nothing but nice and caring. Def great people
My mom was a patient there some years ago had fantastic care was treated wonderful.
I think the ER is excellent and the hospital is clean with an attentive nursing staff. However we were kept waiting to be discharged for several hours.
The ER doctor on shift this evening was the rudest, most unprofessional doctor I've ever met. I was treated awful and as long as he's the Dr. I will never return. Crossroads had always been my hospital of choice in MTV but he definitely ruined that.
Had to go to crossroads ER. 1-15-16. BP was very high. I could never ever ask for faster and good care, the nurses were e cr.lent, Dr White was superb. Was tested an home on 3 hrs. Ca not say enough about how good this team is
