Unexpected visit to Crossroads E.R. in tremendous pain...I got right in, was treated professionally, with courtesy, and kindness, by each and every single person that I encountered. I even teased the Xray tech a bit because she had to put up with my moaning and wincing while she had to position my painful knee for the Xrays....knowing she could not have been more gentle....A big thank you to you all!
The nurses in Same day are awesome especially Lee(not sure how she spells her name)!
The nursing staff in the surgery department was EXCEPTIONAL. All the nurses that took care of me before and after my surgery this morning were EXCELLENT.
Yesterday was my first time having a procedure done in surgery at this hospital and I was very pleased with everything that day.
Always very pleased with the service! In every department!
We had to sit and wait 20 minutes just to get registered and another 30+ just to be called in for our scheduled appointment poor poor service!!!
loved how it don't take long at the ER so will come back anytime we need a hospital
