I had an outpatient surgery yesterday and the staff is amazing. I was well taken care of and even comforted due to high anxiety. The nurses, OR staff, anesthesiologist staff and surgeon all were very caring and gentle. I've had prior surgeries at Crossroads and have always had an excellent experience.
I HAD CARPAL TUNNEL SURGERY YESTERDAY MORNING AND MY NURSE N SURGEICAL TEAM WAS SO PATIENCE N AWESOME N TALKED ME THRU IT .. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME ..... THANK YOU
The care I received was outstanding. Everyone was wonderful.
First off the staff jumped right in taking care of me. I really felt like I was important.
