this hospital knows and understands nothing about mental health shame on you crossraods. this is not thw last youll hear from me. i am going to go above and beyond to make sure that nobody elses child is treat the way my step daughter was when she was brought in this hospital concerning mental health. shame shame.

Dr Chowdury and the ER staff took excellent care of my 12 yr old daughter - she was there with Type A flu - I was extremely worried but they were so attentive- she feels better now and I will always go to Crossroads for their care, knowledge and expertise
Crossroads is the BEST hospital around! I've been going to crossroads for many years and I won't go anywhere else.
A family member was seen in Crossroads ED on Friday, March 1st. He was quickly placed into a room and Jenney, RN was there in a matter of minutes. She is an excellent nurse. She was very professional, courteous and friendly, she put us all at ease. She explained each procedure throughly and communicated with us routinely throughout the visit. the DR's and most Nurses was Very professional and informative about my Neck Surgery. my Surgery was scheduled at 6:00am and I think the Nurse name was Tammy that prepared me for Surgery.she was Very nice and caring about about my worries involving the Surgery..4.5 Stars
The entire staff was terrific for today's surgical visit - thanks to Dr Salem, Alissa and Don in surgery, Chaplain Sue, Tracy and Myra upstairs and all involved with our care - everyone was so upbeat and positive. your team is wonderful!🙏
