It was literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Earlier that day I had been to St. Joe’s ER for excruciating abdominal pain. I love this hospital so much! I’ve had surgery with Dr.Raegan so many times!! His nurse Shari is by far the best lady I have ever met. The surgical nurses are always so great! Tracy is so amazing! And so many of the other surgical nurses also! All I do is cry under anesthesia and all the surgical nurses reassure me that everything is ok. Today Monday September 21st my daughter (3 year old) had a tonsillectomy. All the staff from checking in to leaving were fabulous. Everyone went above and beyond for my little girl! I could not have wished for better service. I’d rate this hospital 10/10 for any surgery. The nurses, doctor, anesthesiologist, just everyone were fantastic. Dr. Mablene Buggs is an absolutely horrible doctor. Her specialties include:treating you like a drug addict, gaslighting everything you say, acting like you're a complete idiot, and treating you like something she just scraped off the bottom of her shoe. She was EXTREMELY rude, and has ZERO business being a doctor ANYWHERE that deals with patients. Maybe research is the area she needs to pursue.

I want to say thank you to Dr. Wilkoff and her whole surgery team, Cody the anesthesiologist, All of my nurses Brenda, Nicky, Brittany, and all other nurses that took great care of me while getting my hysterectomy done. Everyone was so kind and caring, the best bedside manner I have ever experienced at a hospital!! Thank you all so much me and my family are truly thankful for you all.
