Staff was friendly and polite. Had me in a room quickly and the exotic vet was very knowledgeable about my hedgehog and gave him a thorough checkup. I felt reassured that if something was wrong with him he would get the best care possible. Very nice experience.

Shug enjoyed his day at Camp Mutt on Monday. Shug is 3 years old and was born deaf. I adopted him at age 4 months knowing he was deaf. I took him to Auburn’s Small Animal Clinic and was told nothing could be done to correct his hearing just take him and love him which I have done. I took him to Camp Mutt where he could be with other animals and get outside to play. The staff were wonderful and watched over him like a Mother Hen. The play area is huge and he was free to run, play and be safe. We will be visiting frequently.

My elder dog, Lady did well with grooming at Crossroads. She was fine afterwards...greeting me with lots of tail wags! Sometimes grooming can be difficult for her, but she not only looked great, she showed no signs of usual post-grooming anxiety. They took great care of her - and I'd definitely recommend their services.

My dog just got a yearly check up. His Dr. called and left a message about EVERYTHING he could on his health while he was being boarded. Lymph nodes, eyes, organs, said he did some doggy yoga and his joints were great for a senior dog, lol. I loved Rachel...but going to love the new owners just as much. update: they did a senior blood panel on my 8 year old dog. They have caught that he probably has thyroid cancer. I am praying it is early and treatable. Thank you!

Today was the first time my 2 dogs had a bath at Crossroads. I had to switch from where I was taking them b/c they were never dried or brushed out very good. But boy, oh boy, did Crossroads do a great job! My dogs came home clean & calm which lets me know they were treated with great care! I will continue to take them to Crossroads for their baths. They groomed my cat a couple of months ago.. he needed to be clipped as he is a long haired cat, & they did a wonderful job on him as well. I highly recommend taking your pets her... read more

I finally got to meet Dr. Paul B, the new veterinarian at Crossroads Animal Hospital today. Had to bring my Sasha in for a manicure and he came out to meet me. He reminds me so much of Rachel Nelson...very sweet, personable and caring. I do think God and Rachel sent him to the clinic. She knew we needed him. It was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for making Crossroads your new adventure. The Eaddy tribe welcomes you to Crossroads!
