Very professional, compassionate care. From the dog - excellent treats, five paws up!
Do follow-up on pet prescriptions. Answer fax and phone calls from pharmacies trying to fill prescriptions. Not make price mark ups so high on website.
This is my new favorite vet clinic! Everyone is so helpful and understanding with me and my animal. I have recommended them to all of my friends! Even with the smallest problem, they are willing to answer and not make me feel foolish for asking. I couldn’t ask for better service <3

They are a great group of Vets and employees who are there for you and your pets. Today they went above and beyond for my Father in law's dog. I called and they were prepped and ready to run out and help us because his dog was unresponsive. I appreciate all they did for him and do for my dogs.
Professional and care about your animal’s well being. I have tried every other vet around here and have come back to Crossroads. Other places may be a little cheaper, but are certainly not as professional, knowledgeable, or kind as the veterinarians and staff at Crossroads.
