Our little Max doesn’t typically like new people, but he genuinely is treated like family at Crossroads. We trust the doctors here, and have had the utmost care given through medical issues, grooming, and daycare appointments. Crossroads has become like another family.
Dr. Mandy Oden is fantastic! She gave my dog Leader excellent care. She is perceptive, warm yet professional, and a wonderful veterinarian. I highly recommend her.
First time to bring Oliver to get his nails cut..and within 10 min...DONE!!! PERFECTION!! Super nice staff they made us feel like we have always been there...We found a new home!!

Every aspect of their services! What really places them over the top is their willingness to care not only for the pet, but the owner as well. The staff's commitment to both is unrivaled. Started out with them when it first opened and will continue with them until the end. Your commitment to the pet/pets you adopt or already own, is first and foremost with them! I consider each of them like family!
They go way beyond for your fur babies they treat your babies like their own and if you have questions no rush they are there to answer all of them. I trust them immensely.
