My girl, Sofie had no use of her front legs. Crossroads got her in quickly and Dr Bronold got her to the appropriate place for the care she needed. You would never know anything was ever wrong. She is walking again. Thank you for showing so much care and concern for my girl and for me!!
As a first time visitor of this facility, I must say I am very impressed with everyone’s caring and compassionate attitude and the attention given to my animal. Dr. Rush was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative on the diagnosis and treatment of our pet who we love dearly. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am so glad I chose to contact them and will be back as the need arises. Thank you Crossroads team, you are amazing!
The techs were great. I was not impressed with Dr. Oden. She did not seem to listen to me and how I felt about my dog's condition. I was very upset about his being sick and his old age, but I did not get the feeling that she cared about how I felt.

They are super friendly and efficient. Because of the current situation, their lobby is closed. This made me a little nervous because I wasn’t able to go in with my puppy on his very first visit ever. But they treated him like a little prince, gave him cheese and peanut butter! He was a happy puppy, and that makes me a happy customer!
