Rachel Nelson and her staff are absolutely the most awesomest of people, hands down, who will go the extra mile to make sure your pet and YOU are taken care of in whatever situation that may be. It's not only the pets they look after, but the owners as well. Love you Rachel Nelson and all.
Today, we lost our sweet pup.. Dr Nelson and Dr Quick answered every question we had and i know they did everything they could to save her. The whole staff was very kind and comforting. It made me feel better to know that, in her final hours, she was comfortable and in good hands. Thank you for getting her flowers and putting her in a blanket. Thank you for your dedication to your jobs and going the extra mile for us. Your comforting words and understanding made everything a little easier on us.
Dr. Nelson at Crossroads Animal Hospital is an absolute Angel. We woke up this morning only to find out that our sweet Collie "Bama" had fallen and was unable to get up. She's a senior at 15 years old and we were afraid that we were going to have to put her down. I called Dr. Nelson and she gathered a staff and came out to Pell City to get her and take her to the clinic. I'm not sure how this will turn out, but know she's getting the best care she possibly can. I will never take my fur loves anywhere else!
Dr. Nelson and her staff provided excellent care during Cassie's illness right to the end! They even made a little painting for us of her paw prints. And, thanks to Rachel Nelson, she is also a good matchmaker! We have now adopted a sweet little girl named Ellie! She now needs a little sister or brother. �
I haven't had any problems yet. Staff is very nice, don't see the Dr must after my dog been in for a check up usually a nurse. But no big complaints.. will continue to use this location.
