Crossroads Animal Hospital is indeed the best in El Paso. My pets have never had such caring treatment. The Doctors' and staff are so nice, compassionate and caring! I drive from the other side of town so my pets can get the best care! You make us feel like family. Thank you for caring and all you do!!
My ferret, Dylan, had trouble urinating and they discovered that he had kidney stones and needed surgery to remove them. I was worried but the procedure was a success. Thank you so much to Dr. Christina (I'm sorry, can't remember her last name right now) and the staff for being so amazing and reassuring that my baby was going to be fine. I'll be coming here in the future for checkups and any emergencies that may arise. Thank you again! I highly recommend it!
Our former vet told us to wait 5 days to see our dog when she got a gash in her side even though they had appointments open the next day "for vaccinations only" and asked if I wanted to bring in my other dog for shots. I was so upset they wouldn't help my dog but Crossroads got her in within an hour and took such good care of her they are now our vet! They really look out for what is best for your dog individually whether it's based on breed, size, etc., and always make sure we get seen in an emergency situation before or af... read more
