This is honestly the BEST place to take your animals. My puppy had a congenital hernia that the animal emergency clinic was going to charge me $5,000.00 to operate on, luckily my puppy was able to hold off long enough to be able to be seen by Dr. Lenox who not only educated my mom and I but also did the surgery at an extremely reasonable cost. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I will not be taking my dogs anywhere else. If I could give it a higher rating I would.
I've been taking animals to Crossroads for a number of years. I've never been treated rudely or inconsiderately by anyone over there. This most recent visit was with Dr. Lenox and he was awesome. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!
I absolutely Love Dr. Koschmann. He is the most amazing person I have ever met. He takes his time to explain everything to you and answer all your questions. You can truly tell that he loves what he does and loves animals. The staff is always very nice and helpful.
Their kindness and sensitivity at the loss of our beloved Dumplin was exceptional! Thank you all...
Two months ago my puppy fell out of a truck moving 50 miles an hour. Dr. Solis removed his spleen in emergency surgery and discovered that he had a fractured pelvis. While Dozer was staying at Crossroads recovering, we were called 1-2 times every day by Dr. Solis to be updated on his condition. A HUGE thank you to the entire staff at Crossroads for helping my dog make a full recovery and spoiling him with treats!
We've been taking our pets there for 20+ years and have never had a problem. Staff is so friendly including the cats . Regardless of which doctor we see they are knowledgeable and thorough. We really appreciate the attention they give to each and every situation.
Great facility, wonderful caring veterinarians, techs and front front office staff.
They are the best. Dr Lenox was so good to my cat. His kindness and compassion helped my family through a difficult time. My animals have received wonderful care from all the vets and techs.
Incredible people, very kind. They handle all our animals with love and affection. Dr. Mark Lennox is a good friend and even called my wife way after hours and talked to her for an hour just to make sure she knew and understood what was going on with our critically ill Jack Russell terrier. Amazing business.
