Phenomenal front desk, vet techs and vets who all work as a team providing top notch customer service and medical care. I have brought my boxer Sadie to this clinic for basic health care as well as several surgeries for the past couple of years and I know she is always well cared for by the Crossroads Animal Hospital Team. My bunny Shadow had such a great vet visit!!! The Dr. hypnotized him and he was so at ease. I think I was more nervous than him haha. I highly recommend this place and I live far east! I'll drive that far for this place. Thanks again!!
Im writing this as I sit in the waiting room I got here to the vet at 0915 and they say walk ins is 100$ more before 1000. I was speaking to one lady and another one chimed in and was rude. I would rather 100$ go towards my dogs treatment and not Bc I got here 45 min early. I wouldn’t be seen anyway until after 1000 Bc of other patients. The lady was literally trying to argue about what time it was Bc I said 45min I would wait she said no 1 hr. I couldn’t believe it. Do not take your dog here! They cause more problems then they care to fix! They are over priced and are insensitive! They will leave drill bits in your dog’s leg and not care! They are beyond negligent!
