I am writing and discuss with the service I received today called for an appointment which I was told was at 1040 waited outside one hour and 15 minutes not once did the staff come out and assist me unfortunately you lost a customer i have been a paying customer for more than 10 years thanks for not taking care of me today.
We recommend Crossroads to a lot of our clientele since they’re right around the corner from us, but today they took in a dog we found and saw her in minutes. She was suffering horribly and they took care of her. Thank you for today. It meant a lot.
I highly recommend crossroads animal hospital. Got app on same day the vet explained everything very good. So happy with the service really nice staff Thank you Dr. Cortinas for your help. Definitely my favorite place for my puppies
So, we are full-time RVers. Had to pick a vet, on the road. Happy to say, i was very satisfied with the staff here! I was given optionns, to help my dog and made my own decisions. Explanation for condition was thorough and understanding what needed to be done! I really love this place!
Also responsive and take special care of my special pets.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Crossroads Animal Hospital and Dr. Koschmann! Not only are they experts in their field and deliver top quality service at affordable prices but they also treat you and your pet like family! My dog has had two ACL surgeries done here and Dr. Koschmann did a spectacular job each time. I actually moved 4.5 hours away but made the trip back here just so he could do the surgery on the other knee. I wouldnt trust anyone else, your pet is in great hands here!
