I am not one to do bad reviews but this is something that really needs to get addressed. I took in my baby kitty for cremation and when I picked her up they handed me a tin that literally looks like a cookie tin. And the worst part is that they didn’t make me her paw prints!! Their lame excuse was that I didn’t ask for one. REALLY! Why would I have to ask for one if I’m taking my fur baby for cremation the least I would want is to have her paw print, why wouldn’t I. I adopted a dachshund puppy and unfortunately she went into renal failure and passed. Dr.Lennox and the team were realistic, caring, and did everything in their power to try to save her. Though unsuccessful, they were extremely caring through the process and made sure she didn’t suffer. I will forever be thankful that I went there of all places. Love this team 💕

Great service very professional and saw my pupp right away not like MESA vet clinic. Bad service. But here on the other hand sent pupp home with meds and food. I would def refeer to friends and family!!!! Very friendly ;) very satisfied!

We have been going here for a couple years now and I have to say it’s the most amazing vet they are always so nice and caring for not only your animal but you we recently had to put our Addie girl to sleep it was the hardest decision ever the comfort we received in the whole process was amazing I can’t say enough amazing things about this place when picking up her ashes they gave me a paw print plaque I didn’t ask for it they just did it out of the kindness of their hearts thank you for everything you have done for our famil... read more
