Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? No, they were rude Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug. Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
