I think its pretty sad when you call and explain your cat is suffering in great pain and needs to be euthanized and are told you have to make an appt for the next day hours after they open. I have spent hundreds of dollars at crossing for all my animals and this is how I was treated. Well it was a rough night with my kitty in so much pain watching her die, I would think that would have qualified for an emergency over other appointments. I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely!
