One of my favorite places to be in North Carolina.
Great place to work out 👍 Good coaches and supervision on the workouts
I go to this gym because the coaches are top notch. You want to be an athlete? These guys will show you the way.
Second time at the gym and I definitely enjoyed the workout. Expect to go hard when you show up :-)
If you haven't been to Vitality you need to visit. Vitality is a very high quality training facility for all people no matter your fitness level. The owners, trainers, members...TOP Notch. I cannot give enough praise for this facility and the folks that make it GREAT
