I have been a member of different gyms in the past. This one has them all beat. First and foremost, this is a community. Each person is an individual not a number. Great workouts, great instructors. Hate missing even one day. If you are looking for a group workout setting, this is the place for you.
Being a visitor in a gym is nerve wracking enough, but everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. Great workout too!

I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Charlotte or Concord area. Very welcoming staff, very clean gym, up to date equipment, and a great all around atmosphere. I found my box for every visit here from now on!
