Awesome facility and great people. I bought the week long pass while I’ve been visiting home and am glad that I did. Will definitely be back next time I visit.
I have been doing evofit since the third week in January and have seen awesome results. I love going in the morning and Brent and Amy are awesome! They know how to push you without being a meanie and stay encouraging. The owners Steve and Jessica are super nice and sincere good people.
Amazing people, amazing family atmosphere! Be prepared to work hard and see results, but don’t be afraid of doing it alone because the team members at Vitality will be there for you every step of the way!
I participated in a charity WOD held here. This is probably the nicest CrossFit location that I have ever been to. It’s a HUGE space!
