Did a drop in at Vitality and I was welcomed with open arms (even though Im from their “rival” gym lol). Steve the owner taught the class and is an awesome coach! Everyone in the class introduced themselves and didn’t hesitate to pull me into their strength groups and made me feel like I was a regular. Bottom line- the facility is fantastic, members and coaches were awesome, don’t hesitate to check them out!
Steve is the man I miss him everyday as well as the other amazing coaches.
There are a lot of facilities that you can go to help you with your physical well being. There is only one that has the quality of people and services like CrossFit Vitality in Concord. I highly recommend this for anyone that is serious about wanting to be more fit, inside and out.
I do the boot camp style EVOFIT workout an average of 2x per week, for 45 minutes on the Vitality side of C.F.V. I'm 40 years old, and WAS 40ish lbs over my ideal weight. LESS than 4 months later, I am down 35 lbs thanks to the lifestyle changes I made under the guidance of my nutrition counselor Jessica Pinkerton (who I affectionately call Jess the Genius), who made a custom diet plan just for me.
