A great workout really enjoyed it can't say anything bad about love it
This is Home away from home. Everyone is always pushing and encouraging everyone. When I started out, I didn't even know what a burpee even was. But every single coach takes the time to invest in all of us. They stay patient with those of us that have no clue what we are doing, and if it wasn't for that and their very apparent passion in their job, I probably would have given up a long time ago.
Crossfit Tidewater is amazing! I always hated working out but actually look forward to it now! Awesome gym, amazing staff and members!
It's is difficult to explain, the atmosphere they have established here, but I get a greater sense of satisfaction when I see a fellow member hit a PR or accomplishment than I do of my own. The thing is, I have spoken with other members and I know I am not alone in this feeling. It's a great place, if you are new to Crossfit, don't let the "Crossfit" thing intimidate you.. all levels of athletes here at CFT.
