I've been going here for about a month now. There's a wealth of knowledge from every level of experience, people from all walks of life at every level of the sport. Whether you're here to compete, get a beach body, make some friends or simply better yourself, you'll find people here who are willing to go out of their way to help you get there. Everyone here cries, sweats, bleeds and grows together. It's not just a gym, it's a family.
Great place for crossfitters of all levels. Friendly staff. Friendly members. When the owners stock the bathrooms with the good toilet paper you know they care about their gym and its quality!

My wife and I have been members for four years. In that time we have established some great friendships at CFT and a much healthier lifestyle thanks to the guidance and encouragement we have received from the coaching staff. It is always a joy to work out with the other members. CFT is a big part of our lives.
Great place to workout and do your daily WOD! The atmosphere is welcoming and the Staff are very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly!! Wouldn't go anywhere else...
How can I give this gym a higher rating? 5 just isn't enough! The coaches are so supportive... to the drop ins, to the regulars. They have such passion for the sport. They train you, push you and know when to support you. Love this place and couldn't think of a better place to start my days.
Awesome place. Coaches are very knowledgeable. We definitely miss this place and hope to one day call it our home again!!!
