AMAZING!! I just got done with a week long vacation here in Virginia! I knew I couldn’t go a week without Crossfit when planning this trip. So the research on gyms started! Coming up here from our box down in Valdosta Georgia was a bit nerve racking. We are so thankful we found Crossfit Tidewater!! Absolutely everybody was so welcoming. They have a great gym and great coaches to go with it. By far one of my favorite boxes we’ve dropped in at! Sad to leave but we will be back!

After just over a month now at this gym and it is AWESOME!!! The facility is great, the people are fantastic, and the Coaching is phenomenal! It seems like every time I am there something I am doing improves because of these coaches. If you are reading this and you have ever considered trying Crossfit; stop thinking, contact Crossfit Tidewater, and get after it! You will not regret it!!!

Crossfit tidewater has truly become my home away from home. From the day I stepped foot into this box I've been treated like family by the coaches and community members. Great programming, motivational coaches and the members are the best. I'm glad I joined this community because we have fun but we work out asses off everyday. You'll always be pushed beyond what you think possible going head to head with someone or by the coaches here. Best box Ever!!! Plus the place is GIGANTIC
