For the time I’ve spent at the gym so far, I have really, truly enjoyed my experience. The coaches are friendly, helpful, and informative and there are plenty of time slots to choose from, which is incredibly convenient.

I have been debating on trying CrossFit and my parents have been attending this gym for a while now. So I decided to give it a shot. I instantly fell in love with this sport, amazing coaches and the best sportsmanship you’ll find in any sport. Everyone is so supportive and very friendly! I highly recommend CrossFit tidewater.
