Amazing gym with a caring and motivating staff. I was able to learn a lot from instructors who want you to meet your goals and help you learn the best technique! It's a great community that has been built here!
I appreciate the CFSC coaches' attention paid to each athlete, be it through the check-ins every couple of months or saying hi before class. Although I'm paying to workout, I feel like (and know) that the coaches truly care about me personally meeting my goals.
Coaching staff is top notch. Anthony and Melissa are excellent trainers. Highly recommend this gym.
Dedicated individuals who are concerned about the health and fitness of all those they train!
