Love this place. The members and Coaches are amazing!
This is more of a family than it is a workout group. People of all abilities come together and cheer each other on to become their best. Be prepared to be pushed to your limit everyday and make friends while doing it!
Great atmosphere! Anthony and Melissa have mastered their coaching craft and are big inspirations for all their clients at CAFIT.
Big fan of these guys. I worked out with them for a week while I was in HB for vacation.
