Great workout! Such a positive environment with lots of encouragement. The new facility is spacious and clean.
Great place to train at any age. From 13 years to 80+, Brandon will customize the workout to fit you. Don’t be afraid of the “CrossFit” label, he does a lot of circuit training with weights, no weights, cardio, core etc... brandon is a great trainer, has been training for several years and is very knowledgeable, you won’t do the same workout day after day, he keeps it fun, challenging and keeps you guessing.
Location is great; gym is great, but what makes this gym the greatest is the level of coaching and the ability of Head Coach Brandon to be aware of each and every person's level and ability. I love how he switches things up so you never become complacent.
Just dropped in surf city for 4th of July. Great new box and really nice people. Super hard work out!
