Awesome box and best of all close to me!!! Love the people and coaches! Overall I cannot complaint!
Awesome box with full equipment and excellent facilities. The music was very good, the coaching staff paying attention to details and techniques during the whole class. They use wodify for their clients, a very useful software to keep track of each athlete's performance and they also have artificial grass for sled push. The owners are all bilingual so not being able to speak english is not an excuse! I truly recommend this box. Excellent job guys! Keep it up!
Dropped in to do my first open workout because I was visiting family from Chicago. Felt totally welcomed and supported. great resources for fitness in general- Great coaches, wide variety of well maintained equipment, and a beautiful space. Everyone was just down to have a good time and I had a blast laughing and wod-ing with ppl I had just met. I actually randomly chose this box because of low drop in rate and proximity and it worked out splendidly. Thanks guys!
I've been coming to CFS for four months now. When I started, there were so many things I couldn't do (in spite of not being a complete stranger to working out--though honestly, I've never worked out like this before!). I've made a lot of progress in the last month--some of the lifts are becoming more intuitive for me. I'm still the slowest person to finish a WOD (if I get to finish them at all), but I know I'm a lot stronger and at least in slightly better shape than I was when I started.
