My Gym affiliate is Crossfit Iron Spider in Salem, Massachusetts. I dropped into Crossfit Storm this last weekend, while visiting my brother in the Miami area, and I was very impressed with the entire package Crossfit Storm had to offer. Crossfit Storm was very welcoming and provided me a very challenging WOD, as well as taught me a few warm up stretches and Techniques that I had never used before.
