Fun 5k Gone Bad. Much more fun than just a 5k. Easy to drop in. Enjoyed hearing about the box's community outreach and all of us praying together for it.

I have never been more welcome to a gym by its members. A great group of people and a great time getting fit.
Great first experience. Darnell is a great coach. He takes the time to show you the correct movements and how to scale to your ability. Facility was very clean, organized and easy to navigate. Great team environment I'll def be back!
